職位描述
Powder Chemist Responsibilities: *Set up customer records and update in time *Perform all product documentation work, including material code application, formula setup and maintenance in system, production batch ticket issuing, MSDS application and PDS issuing *Track color matching and trial run. Ensure lab KPI is met *Test new materials for cost saving and product development *Provide timely technical support to production, QC, sales and technical service, etc *Participate in raw materials and finished products localization program under the instruction of Technical Manager *Communicate with sales team to fully understand customers' requirement *Investigate customer complaints and provide technical support to Market Service Department *Help to maintain and improve the quality system: ISO9001:2000 Qualifications: *Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Chemistry Engineering or equivalent required. Graduate degree will be a plus *Minimum 5 years experience of color matching and powder technology. 3 years experience of formulating powder coatings is required *Extensive experience of different customers' requests on powder coatings application *Basic understanding of powder coatings application equipment *Familiar with powder coatings local (Chinese) raw material suppliers, application equipment, manufacturing equipment and lab testing equipment *Familiar with standard general industrial powder coatings manufacturing processes as well as standard Quality Control techniques *Willing to work over time for urgent color matching requirement *Fluent English communication skills and ISO experience will be a plus
