職位描述
Background: -education minimum B Sc or equivalent in chemistry, physics and polymer science; -rubber chemistry / rubber development experience a great advantage; -working experience in relevant areas, more than 5 years. Laboratory work a plus; -good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German an advantage; -experience of international project management. Personal qualities: -ability to communicate and listen important -team player with ability to work independently -structured and analytical -like solving problems -pushing things & THORN; finishing projects -prepared to do practical work if necessary -capacity of taking own decisions Working tasks: -technical assistance for purchase of materials; -trouble shooting when process problems; -reviewing and developing rubber material formulations; -adapt material to process; -material developments in cooperation with RC material group; -interpret material test results according to standard requirements; -assisting in answering customer’s questions on materials; -making quality decision issues; -be involved in environmental issues for materials. -as a project leader for the technology transfer.
