職位描述

　　Major Responsibilities:

　　1.Assist Operations Manager to meet the daily maintenance/process/quality requirements in production2.Maintain process safety management to meet high safety, health and environment standard3.Set up standard operation procedure/condition and supervise its implementation4.Provide technical guidance of maintenance to all production equipment and common facilities for timely troubleshooting5.Coordinate with CSR to ensure best inventory plan.6.Monitor the execution of operations per QC standards and policies to ensure the product quality7.Incorporate all the QC practices established, identify process/QC failures and suggest solutions8.Manage the AIB food safety and materials security program.9.Track and analyze external and internal scrap.10.Implement“Best Practices”into their processes and procedures as defined by Quality Network.11.Provide on site support to the end customers from time to time around any possible quality issues or concerns, making recommendations and taking action as appropriate.12.Ensure systems are in place to provide adequate support to the end customers around filling machine service and spare parts13.Be the steward for minor project process and needs.

　　Qualifications:

　　1. Majored in mechanical engineering or related, with bachelor’s degree 2. At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance, production process and quality3. Familiar with SAP system is a plus4. Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14000 systems, familiar with statistical analysis5. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English6.Team player, open, willing to learn attitude7.Take initiative, work proactively by coordinating/ leading the team for problem solving;
