Main Responsibilities: 1, Perform the due diligence of product commercialization; 2, Responsible for the product scaling up process development and optimization; 3, Design, improve, and or select optimal equipment required for product scaling up; 4, Support the manufacturing by providing engineering insight and technical consultation; 5, Design and conduct experiments for product performance or manufacturing cost reduction improvement. Qualifications: 1, B.S. degree or higher in chemical engineering; 2, 3+ years hands on working experience in wet chemical process development in manufacturing scaling up capacity, including relevant equipment design and selection. Demonstrated proficient knowledge and skills involving particulate solids, particulate dispersion, size reduction of solids, fluidization, fluid dynamics. 3, Strong concept of equipment hardware design and optimization, good presentation and communication skill, great attention to detail, systematic problem solving ability, efficient data collection and analysis, advanced English, Level 6 or equivalent required.
