One top Eurpean chemical company is now looking for potential candidates for Chemical Engineer, based in Nantong. ROLE PURPOSE 1.Assist the technical transferring and process detail development for Nantong AI Project 2.Coordinate the process and process related design with CDI. 3.Leading or providing technical support to commissioning and start-up 4.Keep the technical consistency after start-up Critical Knowledge: Chemistry: PHD Degree Awareness of systems for process change and the potential implications on product quality - formulation, regulatory, etc. HS&E: Knowledge of systems and understanding of key hazards / environmental concerns associated with relevant processes. Safety and QA procedures: knowledge of application of relevant procedures Critical Skills: Laboratory/analytical: Excellent practical skills in experimental and analytical techniques Literature searching and the use of library and information systems Problem solving: Ability to define and analyse problems and propose solutions as well as recognising deviation from what is expected and taking proactive action to understand and address Planning and organisation: ability to plan own (and reports) work > 2 weeks Communication: Ability to convey information verbally, in writing, or by presentations. Critical Experience: Comprehensive experience and knowledge of lab techniques
