職位描述
職位職責(zé)：Shipment /Delivery Prepare and arrange deliveries of goods to customers, in such a way that customer requirements are met and in compliance to legal regulations.
Transportation Plan transportation capacity at selected carriers, look at an efficient way of all transportation possibilities.
Outbound Checking of delivery order and giving feedback to CSD in case of issues/errors. Prepare delivery note for picking the goods, issues/errors need to be discussed and solved.Create shipment instructions to the carriers.Create shipment advice to customers and send necessary documents
Trouble shooting Process customer complaints regarding transportation, collect where necessary the required data from carriers, customers, customs etc.
Backup Understanding and backup for customs officer
Quality Observe quality related procedures in order to ensure compliance with relevant ISO 9002 standards
Storage Maintain outbound in SAP and ensure finish goods stock accuracy
任職要求：Education:College degree in related major Experience:Min 2 years’relevant working experience in chemical plants Knowledge:IATA regulations, ADR dangerous goods knowledgeExperience with SAP, knowledge of MPR II English language capability Service mindset, can set priorities
