職位描述
Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred. -Chemical Manufacturing background with solid knowledge and experience in material planning and control in manufacturing environment, and familiar with SAP or other ERP/MRP system. -Solid knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, total cost analysis, market intelligence, VMI, supplier quality and performance management. -A good team leader and team player; can motivate team, retain and develop local talents. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills and have the gravitas and commercial acumen to manage vendors and internal customers across the region, at all levels. -Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. -Have highest standard in ethics and in personal integrity. -Extensive travel (up to 50-60% of your time) required. Areas of Responsibility: -Overall in charge of material supply chain from supplier management and purchasing to warehouse management. -Flow business strategy and growth, lead innovative solution for supply chain optimization. -Provide leadership for supplier base development, qualification and risk management, ensure cost effectiveness, consistent quality and delivery performance. -Provide leadership on purchasing practice, ensure compliance of process. -Maintain compliance with corporate, and facility policies and procedures. Ensure the highest ethical standards are adhered to in the procurement process. -Responsible for timely material supply to support lean production in total cost competitive model. -Continuously build and grow the competences of the team in line with the business growth.
