工作地點：天津、上海 Job Description: The Proposal Manager is expected to be the “project manager” in the process of getting a proposal completed. This includes the following tasks: • Reading the tender material and communicating the scope and the risks. • Together with the Account Manager maintaining the Bid strategy with the information and using it as the communication tool towards the organization. • Setting up the proposal team consisting of all relevant persons representing the involved disciplines and affiliates. This must correspond to the services in question. • Involving cost engineering and support them in getting the input from the involved persons. • Coordinating all the involved persons' efforts. • Ensuring that the proposal deadlines are kept. • Gathering the inputs to form a structured and sales oriented proposal. • Writing executive summary. • Challenging the organization to ensure that the organization is in place for the project in question. Especially with focus on key persons. • Being creative in identifying solutions that makes NP more competitive. • Ensuring that proposal process follows all applicable QMS rules, e.g. procedures for review and signature rules for approval. • Booking approver according to signature rules and prepare summary presentation for this person. • Ensuring that administrative personal is available for proposal printing etc. Qualification: The proposal manager should preferably have the following capabilities: • Master or bachelor degree. • Broad engineering knowledge and pharmaceutical understanding. • Excellent English skill both in written and Spoken. • Creative and energetic. • Good networking skills – to interact with all the competence areas. • Striving for the perfect. • Systemic to ensure procedures are kept. • Able to take a firm argument when the various do not agree. • Like to participate in extreme short and hectic project cycles.
