說(shuō)明：需要有化工或環(huán)境類(lèi)中級(jí)職稱(chēng)證書(shū) Job Title: Reconditioning Plant Supervisor Rep ort to: Production Manager Job Responsibilities: The correct operation of the department for waste recovery and reconditioning of IBC Main Objective of the Job: l Organise and control the safe operation of the IBC reconditioning operation in conformance with XXXX Health & Safety Policy, national and local regulations. l Control the team for the production and quality of refurbished IBCs. l Organise and control the disposal of waste. l Maintain relationships within the local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations. l Provide general guidance/supervision to team. Responsibilities: l Organise the safe receipt, separation and storage of used IBC. l Organise the reconditioning of these according to XXXX systems. l Schedule general operators’ work rotas, according to priorities. l Train existing and new employees to optimum standard. l Control the safe disposal of solid or liquid waste products in accordance with all regulations. l Ensure the correct maintenance of the tools and equipment l Accurate completion of relevant production and quality records. l Ensure all work meets with output and quality standards to which the company is committed. l Ensure a high standard of house-keeping is maintained at all times in own work area and other areas within the factory. l Any other duties within the reasonable scope of the individual’s capabilities or for which training can be provided. Qualifications: Education: l College degree or above. Experience: l Experience of waste management within the Chinese regulations. Status to be acceptable to the authorities as a waste operator. Minimum 3 years related experience Job Knowledge: l Knowledge of waste management and workshop management. A general understanding of chemicals, names, types and some reactions. Ability/Skill: l Organisational and supervisory skills to control and discipline a team of operators. l Conversant with quality systems and other control procedures. l Sufficient English proficiency to be able to use International documents, e.g. Work Instructions or Material Safety Data Sheets. Some training may be required abroad. l Fork lift license is an advantage l Willingness to progress within the working area through planned training and experience l Be familiar with Chinese law & regulatory about waste recondition l Sense of responsibility, willing to study l Be able to work under pressure l Problem-solving. zbc_0411@126.com
